YES You can consume Ybarra mayonnaises during pregnancy. All our mayonnaises (and the sauces that contain egg or yolk in their ingredients) are made with pasteurized egg yolks.

These products are NOT suitable for containing milk proteins: Gaucho sauce, Caesar sauce, yogurt sauce, tartar sauce, brava sauce, roquefort sauce and kebab sauce. All our mayonnaises, oils, vinegars and the rest of the sauces YES are suitable since they do not contain milk proteins.

All Ybarra products are suitable for consumption by celiacs, since they are GLUTEN FREE.
 
* Products containing soy: mayonnaise with soy sauce.
 
** Products that contain mustard: mustard, tartar sauce, honey and mustard sauce, Caesar sauce, Texas Barbecue sauce, New York Burger sauce and Mil Islas sauce.

The Ybarra Quality and R+D+i Department DOES NOT recommend the consumption of any product after the preferred consumption date has passed, since its organoleptic properties such as: taste, smell, color, texture …

MAYONNAISES AND SAUCES: the duration and safety of the product will depend on the use that the consumer makes of it. If hygienic rules of use are followed (a teaspoon is used without food remains and the container is closed immediately) the mayonnaises and sauces can retain all their organoleptic properties (flavor, texture, color …) 3 weeks. Conversely, if hygiene rules are not followed, no specific date can be given.
 
OILS AND VINEGARS: if they are preserved from heat and excess light, these products retain their properties within the indicated preferred consumption date. In the case of vinegars, there is NO preferred consumption date.
 
VEGETABLES: is indicated on the labeling. Once the product is opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.

Yes, all Ybarra vegetables are cooked and ready to eat. There is no need to rinse them.
